"Chinese companies, primarily State-owned enterprises, are keen to cooperate with foreign companies to work in 'third party' markets anywhere related to the initiative," said Zhang Yansheng, chief economist at the China Center for International Economic Exchanges.

"China's high-level opening-up must adopt the rules of the market economy and be brought in line with international and regional economic integration to a high degree," Li said. "Only in this way will we be able to play the lead role in planning and designing regional rules for the market economy while taking an active part in global governance. It will provide a strong driving force for domestic circulation."

"Chinese authorities have not used the exchange rate in prior easing cycles to support growth, and they are unlikely to do so now, as this could pose macroeconomic stability risk," said Andrew Fennell, lead sovereign analyst for China at Fitch Ratings.

"China's fast-growing 4G network will provide a solid foundation for its manufacturers going forward. This will benefit greener, more efficient and sustainable industrial development in the park," Zhou said.

"Concrete efforts should be made to ensure that those with merit and contributions gain respect and benefits," Li said. He called for China's strength in science and technology to be built up, and urged increasing basic scientific research, diversifying investment in research and development, boosted integration of basic and applied sciences and enhanced innovative ability.
